Mr. Foster grew up the son of an Air Force serviceman where he lived in many U.S. states and spent several years abroad in England. He moved to Arizona about 12 years ago and loves to play golf and coach basketball and soccer. He has been married to his high school sweetheart for 22 years and is the father of four great kids: Alec (19), who is currently serving a church mission in Nicaragua, McKenna (17), Bradden (14), and Katelyn (12). He has worked in many capacities in education including: a fourth grade teacher, a fifth grade teacher, and most recently he was a Master Teacher and Teacher on Special Assignment (T.O.S.A). In those capacities, Mr. Foster worked closely with teachers to help guide their career paths through professional development, creation of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), as well as, working in the capacity of administration with a focus on attendance and discipline duties.

He is the founder of the S.O.A.R. Club where he facilitated projects and activities that helped the gifted and high flying students excel beyond daily classroom lessons and activities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from University of Phoenix, a master’s degree in Education from Arizona State University and he is in the final leg to complete his administration credential with a master’s in Policy and Leadership Studies from the University of Texas. Prior to entering education, Mr. Foster owned a fundraising company that specialized in teaching scientific concepts to students while helping schools, sports organizations, and youth programs raise necessary funds to complete their important work. Additionally, he served for over 15 years in the restaurant industry as a district manager and franchise consultant.
