We are happy to provide you with a copy of your student's transcripts. Fill out the form below to get started.

Please note:

• Only the legal guardian or the student (18 years old or older) may request transcripts. Proof of identity may be required.
• Transcripts are usually ready to be picked up or mailed in 1-2 business days. During school breaks, there may be some delay.
• Transcript requests are processed in the order they are received.
• Transcripts to be picked up will be held for 30 days.
• Picture identification is required for pickup.
