Diploma Seals

Arizona State Diploma Seals

Four seals. One diploma.

Arizona recognizes four areas of proficiency with a seal affixed to your diploma and noted on your official transcript. Each has its own coursework, assessment and engagement requirements — and you may earn more than one.

  • Submit one Google Form Submission per seal.
  • Students must complete all requirements during grades 9-12. Previous experience will not be counted.
