Glenn Way, Founder of American Leadership Academy

Recognizing the importance of a holistic K-12 environment, Glenn Way founded American Leadership Academy (ALA). He wanted a nurturing space that weaves rigorous academics with a moral curriculum to protect the next generation. Deeply believing that every child possesses remarkable potential, he champions educational innovation so each student can explore and refine their gifts.
At ALA, the goal goes beyond providing knowledge; it’s about ensuring emotional development and cultivating leadership. His dream includes teaching the youth to appreciate the significance of marriage, parenthood, and community.
We want our kids to learn why they were created—not just to become the best astronauts, plumbers, or mathematicians, but to become the best spouses, parents, citizens, and leaders.
