Letter From the Director

As Director of ALA Anthem Campus, Rachael Watson is an experienced educator who strives to provide the best educational experience possible so that every child can reach their full potential. Driven by the ALA mission, she is committed to providing a quality education and nurturing a wholesome and moral environment in a school that values the trust families place in Anthem to care for their children. 

Rachael holds a Masters degree in Educational Leadership in addition to her Bachelors in Education from NAU and lives within minutes of the Anthem campus.  Rachael’s experience consists of a variety of leadership and teaching experiences that range from Preschool to 8th grade, in the capacities of Preschool Director and Owner, Teacher, Instructional Coach and Assistant Principal, as well as serving at the Charter One/ALA District office as the Assistant Director of Curriculum for K-6. When Rachael isn’t at the campus, she can most likely be found fly fishing with her husband or spending quality time with her two children who attend ALA Ironwood High School.
