Home of the Titans
Hello, and welcome to the Anthem South Pre-K-6 campus of American Leadership Academy—a premier charter school serving San Tan Valley, Florence, and Coolidge. We provide the best educational experience in a moral and wholesome environment. Guided by our R.A.I.S.E. values—Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Service, and Excellence—we focus on creating a safe and academically challenging setting for our little leaders. Our vision: To Learn. Lead. Change the World! Join us in shaping the future leaders of our community.
What is a Charter School?
A charter school operates as a publicly funded institution with more independence and flexibility compared to traditional public schools. Established via a charter—a contract outlining the school's mission, curriculum, goals, and evaluation methods—these schools are designed to encourage innovation and provide varied educational opportunities that meet their communities' specific needs.

Tanika Pain, Assistant Director
With eight years of experience in education, I am proud to serve as the Assistant Director at American Leadership Academy Anthem South. I hold a Master's in Educational Leadership, which fuels my passion for fostering a supportive and dynamic learning environment. As an Arizona native, I cherish my roots, although my family's journey has taken us around the country due to my husband's military service. In my free time, I love reading and enjoying adventures with my family, which includes my two sons and our beloved dog. I am excited to contribute to our school community and support our students in achieving their full potential!
