Kristine Villasenor
ALA Anthem South K-5 Director
As the Director of ALA Anthem South Elementary, Kristine Villasenor brings a wealth of experience and a deep dedication to educational excellence. Passionate about creating the best possible educational experience, she is committed to helping every student reach their full potential. Guided by the mission of American Leadership Academy, Kristine is devoted to providing a high-quality education within a wholesome, moral environment—one that honors the trust families place in ALA Anthem to nurture and care for their children. Kristine holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University and has been a valued member of the ALA Anthem community for seven years. During her time with ALA, she has served in multiple roles, including Assistant Director, Instructional Coach, Teacher, and Paraprofessional. Outside of school, Kristine enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three sons, whether it’s attending their sports events, enjoying outdoor adventures, or simply relaxing together at home. She and the dedicated team at ALA Anthem South Elementary share a united vision: Learn. Lead. Change the World.
Tanika Pain
ALA Anthem South K-5, Assistant Director
With eight years of experience in education, I am proud to serve as the Assistant Director at American Leadership Academy Anthem South. I hold a Master's in Educational Leadership, which fuels my passion for fostering a supportive and dynamic learning environment. As an Arizona native, I cherish my roots, although my family's journey has taken us around the country due to my husband's military service. In my free time, I love reading and enjoying adventures with my family, which includes my two sons and our beloved dog. I am excited to contribute to our school community and support our students in achieving their full potential!
Buddy Allen
ALA Anthem South 6-12, Director
Mr. Allen has always had a special place in his heart for the ALA Anthem South campus. His three daughters attend school at ALA Anthem South Elementary, and he and his wife are excited for the girls to continue their education at ALA Anthem South High School.
Mr. Allen earned his master’s degree in education administration from Northcentral University. He has served ALA families in his athletics work over the past seven years and has a deep understanding and respect for the ALA brand and the ALA way. A longtime resident in the community bordering Florence, Mr. Allen looks forward to getting to know the staff, students, and families at the ALA Anthem South campus in his new role.
