Academics at ALA Anthem South

A K–12 Academic Pathway for San Tan Valley and Florence Families

American Leadership Academy Anthem South provides tuition-free K–12 public charter education across two campuses in Florence, Arizona, serving families from San Tan Valley, Florence, Coolidge, and surrounding communities.

Students begin at Anthem South K–5, where the focus is on foundational knowledge, literacy, mathematics, character, and productive learning habits. Students continue at Anthem South 6–12, where they take on greater academic responsibility and begin preparing for high school graduation, college, careers, technical education, military service, and other goals after ALA.

One Academic Journey Across Two Campuses

Anthem South’s elementary and upper schools are located on separate campuses, but together they create a connected K–12 academic pathway.

At the K–5 campus, students develop the knowledge and habits needed to become confident, increasingly independent learners. At the 6–12 campus, coursework becomes more specialized as students explore electives, advanced academic opportunities, diploma pathways, college and career planning, and areas of personal interest.
