We offer a variety of specialized tracks, including Aviation, Automotive, Cosmetology, Construction, Education, Hospitality, and more. Each academy provides in-depth training aligned with current industry standards.

Our academies are led by experienced professionals with extensive real-world expertise. For example:

• Hospitality Academy: Led by Program Coordinator Tricia Benning, an Executive Chef with over 30 years of experience. She holds dual Master’s Degrees in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership. Chef Benning has served as a Private Chef for the Masters Golf Tournament and as an Executive Chef for the U.S. Air Force, bringing a wealth of talent and technical mastery to the Hospitality Academy.

• Automotive Academy: Program Coordinator Erik Lambson is a seasoned automotive technician with a degree in Automotive Mechanics and Technology from WyoTech. With nearly a decade of experience managing his own auto repair shop, Mr. Lambson brings a wealth of knowledge in automotive mechanics, technology, and repair to our students.

• Construction Academy: Program Coordinator Paul Sinclair boasts over 30 years of experience in the construction trades. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science with an emphasis in HVAC systems from Utah Valley University. Mr. Sinclair has successfully established multiple A/C companies across various states and brings extensive expertise in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to our Construction Academy.
