Kira Middleton has been blessed to be part of the ALA family since she first moved to Arizona in 2013. She began right here at the Gilbert campus. Kira was then part of the founding teams in opening both the Ironwood and Gilbert North Elementary campuses and is honored to be returning to where her love for the families of ALA first began. In her 8 years with American Leadership Academy, she has held positions in administration, as a behavior specialist, and as a second grade teacher.
Kira was born and raised in San Diego, California. After completing her Bachelor’s degree at Brigham Young University-Idaho, she moved to Arizona in search of never ending sunshine. She has happily called this beautiful state home ever since.
Kira is passionate about facilitating an educational environment where every student can achieve their full potential to truly change the world.
Kyrstin Baker was born and raised in Kingman, Arizona. She completed her Associate in Arts, Elementary Education at Eastern Arizona College, then went on to get her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education at Grand Canyon University.
Kyrstin and her husband Jeremy have four children together, all of whom attend ALA. She loves spending time with her family, reading, and exercising. She has a strong desire to always be learning and growing as an individual and professionally.
Kyrstin is passionate about education and loves having the opportunity to work with children daily. She has been part of the ALA family for over 5 years and believes firmly in the RAISE values and mission that ALA offers students the best educational experience.
