Meet the Director

ALA IWHS Director, Shari Bradley Headshot

Shari Bradley, Director

Shari Bradley is excited to begin her tenure as the new Director of Ironwood 7–12. Over the past two years, she has had the privilege of serving as Assistant Director and, most recently, as Interim Director. Her deep passion for education has guided her through many meaningful opportunities to serve students, families, and educators.

She brings extensive experience as both an educator and an educational leader, having worked in university and K–12 settings across Utah, Idaho, and Arizona. She holds a Master of Arts in Administration and Supervision from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Utah State University. These experiences have shaped her commitment to fostering a learning environment where every student is supported and able to thrive.

Shari is dedicated to ensuring that Ironwood is not just a great school, but the best school in the area—a place where students feel safe and supported, teachers feel valued and empowered, and families feel confident in the education provided. She looks forward to partnering with staff, students, and the community as Ironwood continues to grow, improve, and achieve great things together.
