Our Mission:In support of the family, to provide the best educational experience to as many students as possible in a moral and wholesome environment.
Glenn Way, Founder of American Leadership Academy
Observing a gap between moral education and academic rigor, Glenn Way initiated American Leadership Academy (ALA) with the vision of bridging both. He sought an institution that acknowledges the significance of family values, setting a higher standard for how future leaders are cultivated.
Glenn’s aim was straightforward: help students uncover their life purpose, encouraging them to become devoted spouses, influential parents, and outstanding community members.
We want our kids to learn why they were created—not just to become the best astronauts, plumbers, or mathematicians, but to become the best spouses, parents, citizens, and leaders. - Glenn Way, ALA Founder
