Preparing Students to Learn, Lead, and Change the World!
Young learners need time to explore, which is why our Little Leaders Preschool and Pre-K introduce school routines and kindergarten readiness. In grades K–6, students build a broad base of core knowledge, strong character, and essential learning habits.
By grades 7–12, students step into greater independence. Through advanced coursework and hands-on electives, they connect today's academic choices with their future in college, technical education, the military, or the workforce. Ironwood brings this entire educational journey together across two neighboring campuses on Combs Road.
We want our kids to learn why they were created—not just to become the best astronauts, plumbers, or mathematicians, but to become the best spouses, parents, citizens, and leaders.

For students ready for a greater challenge, Ironwood offers Honors coursework, Advanced Placement (AP) classes, and Dual Enrollment. These advanced courses help students build the academic skills and independence needed for post-secondary success.

ALA believes in providing the best possible education for all of our students. For gifted students grades 2-6, that means tuning in to their learning styles, recognizing and encouraging their interests, and moving at their speed to create an environment that matches and challenges their abilities.

Career and Technical Education gives students opportunities to explore career pathways, build practical skills, and prepare for industry-specific opportunities. ALA offers several Career and Technical Education courses on-site, and availability may vary by campus.
