Meet the Director
Audree Lawrence
Audree Lawrence is a dedicated and dynamic educational leader who views her work as more than a profession—it’s a calling to inspire and guide the next generation. She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education and Secondary Biological Science Education and an M.S. in Management and Leadership. Her academic and professional journey reflects a deep commitment to excellence at every level of education.
Before becoming a director, Audree taught middle school science and high school biology, where she cultivated a passion for learning and scientific inquiry in her students. She later served as an Assistant Director, during which time the school earned its first-ever "A" letter grade—a milestone that highlights her impact and leadership.
Audree also served as Dean at a post-secondary institution, where she played a pivotal role in developing a College of Nursing and Surgical Technology. Her efforts helped shape rigorous academic programs that prepared students for meaningful and in-demand careers in healthcare.
Her leadership philosophy is grounded in aligning core values with a shared institutional vision to drive sustainable progress. She prioritizes fostering a culture defined by strong relationships and high expectations, where both students and staff are supported, motivated, and empowered to achieve excellence. Audree believes these principles are essential to creating a growth-oriented educational environment.
Beyond her professional role, Audree is passionate about health, wellness, family, and outdoor adventure. She brings that same energy and enthusiasm into her leadership, helping to create a vibrant and forward-thinking school community.
