Fine Arts
At American Leadership Academy, Queen Creek 7-12, our Fine Arts programs are designed to nurture the musical, creative, and expressive talents of every student. At both the Junior High and High School levels, students can participate in a wide range of performing and visual arts, including band, choir, dance, theatre, orchestra, and visual arts.
Our passionate, experienced instructors are committed to excellence and student growth. Programs vary by discipline, but all grade levels are encouraged to participate. Each area of study offers beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels to ensure all students have a place to grow and thrive.
Meet Our Fine Arts Director
Cumorah McOmber is a seasoned educator and leader with a decade of experience at American Leadership Academy. With a background in marketing, a degree in Theater Education from BYU Provo, and years of experience teaching visual arts, she brings a dynamic blend of creativity, strategy, and innovation to the Fine Arts Department. As Fine Arts Director, she is committed to elevating arts education, empowering teachers, and shaping a program that fosters excellence, creativity, and real-world success for students. She is dedicated to making ALA’s arts community stronger, more influential, and deeply connected to its mission: Discipline, Excellence, Achievement.

Art
Visual Art education nurtures students' imagination and creativity. In class, we analyze a variety of concepts and examine art history.
Band
Patriots, get more involved by joining band! We offer courses such as drumline, piano, jazz band, concert band, and more!
Choir
Choir allows our students to develop a sense of leadership and teamwork, while cultivating their love for music education.
Dance
We offer one-of-a-kind dance program that includes the following genres: Social, Ballroom, Hip Hop, and more.
Orchestra
Our orchestra program provides students with the ability to experience musical ensemble first-hand.
Photography
Queen Creek 7-12's photography class leads the way in technical instruction, digital print, video, and media.
