Jennifer Hill
ALA Radiance K-6 Director
Jennifer Hill serves as the Founding ALA Radiance PreK-6th grade Director and is an innovative academic leader dedicated to engaging with students, parents, and educators to meet learning objectives and drive student performance and progress. She is committed to empowering leadership through collaboration and problem-solving and brings over 25 years of experience in education, with a strong background in coaching and mentoring teachers. Ms. Hill previously served as Assistant Director at American Leadership Academy–Gilbert North Elementary for three years and spent several years as an ELD Specialist and Coordinator. She also served as a K–5 Principal at a charter school in California, where she was also one of the founding teachers when the school first opened. Her extensive experience includes teaching across all elementary grade levels, as well as multiple years in administration. Ms. Hill earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Arizona and her Master’s degree in Language and Literacy from California State University, Northridge. She has presented at several national conferences, sharing her knowledge of best practices within school environments where all students learn together. Ms. Hill is excited to open the new Radiance PreK–6th–grade campus and looks forward to working closely with families and staff to create the best possible educational environment for all Radiance Ranger families. She is passionate about building strong relationships, supporting student success, and fostering a positive and welcoming school community where every child can thrive.
