At American Leadership Academy Radiance, the elementary years are where students begin building the academic habits, character, confidence, and curiosity they will carry into junior high, high school, and beyond.
Our K–6 experience is designed to support young learners through clear expectations, caring teachers, strong family partnership, and a school culture rooted in ALA’s R.A.I.S.E. values: Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Service, and Excellence.

4 or 5 Day School Week
Flexible Schedule Options
At select ALA campuses, families may have access to both 4-day and 5-day school week options. This model is designed to provide families with more flexibility while maintaining strong academic expectations and consistent instruction. Students receive core instruction Monday through Thursday. For students enrolled in the 5-day option, Fridays may provide additional support, review, enrichment, project-based learning, and reinforcement.

Friday School Hours: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Friday Office Hours: 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Early Release Hours: Days out at 1:00PM, Early release every Friday
