Meet the Director
Chelsea Allen
American Leadership Academy Signal Butte Elementary is proud to have Chelsea Allen serving as Director. A dedicated educator and proud parent within the Signal Butte Elementary community, Mrs. Allen brings both professional experience and personal investment to her leadership role.
She began her journey with American Leadership Academy in 2017 as a 6th-grade teacher at the Gilbert North campus. She later supported all ALA campuses as the district Behavior Interventionist before joining American Leadership Academy Signal Butte Elementary, first as the Zones teacher, then as Assistant Director.
Mrs. Allen is passionate about creating a supportive, engaging, and growth-oriented environment for students, staff, and families. Her leadership is rooted in connection, service, and a shared commitment to excellence at American Leadership Academy Signal Butte Elementary.
