Art

Art is an essential part of a well rounded education. In my classroom, student’s get to expand their minds using their creativity, this will help them to develop creative problem-solving skills. Art instruction assists children with the development of motor skills, language skills, social skills, decision-making, risk-taking and inventiveness. I am excited for this school year, I will be introducing Signal Butte Pre-K-6 students to different art styles and artists. Students will have the opportunity to create an art piece for our second annual art show. We will also participate for the second year in the Doodle for Google contest. I have a lot of fun things planned for this school year and I look forward to providing the best art education experience to each student.
