Music

American Leadership Academy, Signal Butte Pre-K-6 has some amazing opportunities and learning experiences in the music department. In Pre-K through 4th grade, students will learn the basics of music through song, movement, instruments, and books while also preparing wonderful concerts to show off their singing abilities with an amazing, full-out decorated stage. In 5th and 6th grade, students have the option to be involved in band, choir, or orchestra. Band and orchestra meet two times a week and the students learn more in depth about music, how to read it and apply it to an instrument of their choice. In choir the students meet once a week and they will learn how to properly sing and sing in other languages. All three groups combine with other ALA campuses for a spectacular concert. 

The students will be challenged in music but it will provide them with a sense of accomplishment in the end.
