PE

Positive experiences with physical activity create lifelong healthy habits. So at American Leadership Academy, Signal Butte PE, we learn how fun it is to exercise! We grow with movements to develop muscles, coordination, and balance. We discuss healthy foods and how good we feel when we take care of our bodies with proper rest and fitness. We practice our R.A.I.S.E. values in class with how we respectfully participate in games and show excellence in sportsmanship.  ALA SB PE is the place to be!
