Transcript & Verification Requests for Current Students & Recent Graduates
Current students and recent graduates can request transcripts and enrollment verification through Major Clarity at no charge, up until July 31st of their graduation year.
After that date, graduates move to alumni status and request transcripts and graduation verification through the Parchment system instead.

Alumni & Third-Party Requests through Parchment
Students are officially considered alumni beginning August 1st of their graduation year.
If your student graduated in May, they will be classified as an alumnus/alumna starting August 1st of that same year. After this date, transcript and verification requests should be submitted through the Alumni or Third-Party request process through Parchment. Applicable fees will apply.
