About Us
Welcome to ALA Vistancia 6–12
Having opened in Fall 2025, American Leadership Academy Vistancia is a tuition-free middle and high-school campus right next door to our elementary site. Grades 6–12 will find challenging academics, real-world leadership experiences, and a community that lives its values every day.
Why Families Choose ALA Vistancia 6–12
College-Ready, Career-Ready
Honors, AP, dual-enrollment, and hands-on career-tech programs give students multiple paths to success. Whether they’re diving into calculus, building a robot, or editing a short film, teens leave prepared for university, the workforce, or military service.
Values You Can See
Our R.A.I.S.E. pillars—Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Service, Excellence—shape everything from locker-hall manners to senior-year service projects. Character isn’t a bulletin-board slogan; it’s part of every class discussion and team practice.
Whole-Student Support
Strong academics matter, but so do mental health and belonging. Advisory periods, small-group tutoring, and leadership seminars help students manage stress, set goals, and build meaningful friendships. A straightforward uniforms policy keeps the focus on learning.
Partnerships That Matter
Middle- and high-school years fly by. We keep parents in the loop with weekly updates, parent-teacher forums, and plenty of volunteer chances—from mentoring a business class to chaperoning the robotics team. Together, we help teens aim higher and stay grounded.
Athletics and Team Spirit
At Vistancia, the lessons don’t stop when the final bell rings; they move to the track, the court, and the practice field. We urge students to test themselves in a range of athletics because grinding through drills, sharing victories, and absorbing the occasional loss teach discipline, teamwork, and grit in ways a textbook can’t. The result is more than stronger athletes—it’s bolder, more connected young people who carry their confidence and sense of belonging back into the classroom and out into the wider community.
Values-Driven Environment
At ALA Vistancia, the school day runs on our R.A.I.S.E. values—Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Service, and Excellence—Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Service, and Excellence. A straightforward uniforms policy keeps attention on ideas instead of outfits, and clear expectations let students test their limits without guessing where the lines are. In that steady, wholesome atmosphere, teens feel safe to tackle a tougher essay, step up as team captain, or volunteer for a community project, knowing the high standards we set in class carry just as much weight on the field and beyond.
