Sports Offered by Season
Sports make responsibility visible. Practice starts at a particular time, teammates notice whether someone prepared, and coaches give feedback immediately. West Foothills athletics connect competition with teamwork, leadership, and ALA’s R.A.I.S.E. values. Explore our junior high and high school Guardian sports offerings for the upcoming seasons below:

Building Guardian Traditions
Cheer on the Guardians
At ALA West Foothills, winning matters, and so does the hard work required to become capable of winning. Guardian athletes consistently step up to the challenge, competing at a high level across our junior high and AIA high school programs.
Every victory is worth celebrating. But game day highlights also represent everything that came before them: the practices nobody attended, the corrections nobody applauded, the conditioning, the missed shots, the repeated drills, and the choice to make another attempt the next day.

Find Your Team at West Foothills
Some students arrive at West Foothills already committed to a sport, while others discover a new passion simply by stepping onto the field or court for the first time. Either way, our athletics program gives Guardians another place to belong, work, compete, and learn what it means for other people to depend on them.
Families should explore our Athletic Resources for the latest tryout dates, schedules, clearance forms, and registration requirements for each season.
