Letter From the Director

Dear Warrior families,

I am honored to serve as the Director of our Ironwood Elementary campus. After years of teaching for a neighboring district, I yearned for something different.  I was happy to be introduced to American Leadership Academy.  The mission and vision, “In support of the family, provide the best educational experience possible in a moral and wholesome environment” resonated with my ideals. I count myself fortunate to have worked as a teacher and Assistant Director on a few of our different campuses before leading the staff at Ironwood Elementary.  I am very happy to be a Warrior!  I want to contribute to Ironwood’s already wonderful reputation.
Just like many of you, I was thrilled to find something unique and special about American Leadership Academy.  I believe in the philosophy of building an educational foundation on the personal values of respect, accountability, integrity, service, and excellence.  The RAISE values truly help our children stand out in the world.  I believe that each of us is growing as a leader within and as we allow these core values to guide our decisions we lead out in positive ways.
The upcoming year is going to be filled with growth and success. On behalf of our entire faculty and staff, I would like to share our love and support for each of our Ironwood students and families. We are excited about all that we can accomplish together.
