Home of the Eagles

My name is Scot Chase. I was born and raised in California but have also lived in Utah and Texas before moving here to Arizona. I graduated from BYU in 2010 with a bachelors degree in Animation. After graduating I worked for a few years in the video game and animation industries as a 3D artist building a variety of characters, props, environments, and other assets. You can view some of my 3D artwork on my online portfolio here

I am passionate about what I do and enjoy learning new things. I also enjoy sharing and teaching what I know with others; which is one of the reasons why I decided to become a teacher. One of my goals in teaching is to make learning as fun as possible by helping students see how the subject matter is both relevant and interesting. When I am not teaching, I like making digital art, working out, reading, and spending time with family.
