That’s why we offer an Entrepreneurship Launchpad course, which gives students a chance to learn and practice the skills they need to succeed as an entrepreneur.

Our Entrepreneurship Launchpad course offers:

  • Experienced teachers dedicated to helping your child succeed in high and beyond 

  • Hands-on, practical experience with starting and running a business

  • The chance for students to develop income-generating ideas, and to put those ideas into practice
  • The opportunity to gain experience in product design and iteration, sales, and financial record keeping
  • Extensive group work, allowing students to learn how cooperation and problem-solving works in the real world
  • Guest lectures from entrepreneurs, executives, industry leaders, university researchers, and community leaders
  • Development of leadership skills including self-reliance, communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution
  • In-depth application of American Leadership Academy's RAISE values

Spring 2019

During the Spring 2019 semester, Ironwood, Queen Creek, and Gilbert North campus students generated a total of over $83,870 from their student-led activities ranging from bake sales and babysitting to 3D printing and garbage can washing.
