Choir Program Mission Statement

The mission of the choir program at American Leadership Academy-Gilbert North is to educate students to become high quality choral musicians who love their craft and appreciate its value in society, who strive for the highest level of performance quality, and who feel the power of positive community through music.

Music is a form of poetry and lyrics, set to rhythmic melodies and harmonies, make the poetry come to life through song.  GNHS has an award-winning Choir and provides a choral program both at the Junior and High School levels that allows students to learn, grow and hone their abilities throughout their educational experience.  Students can choose to begin with  general choir or try-out for one of our many advanced levels of choral performance and courses.   Advanced students also perform in festivals both in Arizona and surrounding states!
