Sheila Frame has been with American Leadership Academy since 2012 where she has served as an administrator for 7 years and has been instrumental in her school’s academic growth and leadership development. For the last 14 years, Mrs. Frame has actively participated in several roles at the elementary level. In addition to being an administrator, she has been a classroom teacher, instructional coach, reading specialists, and mentor teacher. Sheila attended California State University, Long Beach and received a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies, History and Social Science. She has a Master’s degree in Elementary Education and Reading from Northern Arizona University. Mrs. Frame was awarded School Leader of the Year in 2017. She is married with two beautiful children and she enjoys traveling, hiking, and reading. Her mission statement is “Don’t wait for inspiration, be the inspiration.” She believes anything is possible if you work hard enough; at ALA we always strive for excellence and she is proud to be a part of it!
