Meet the Director
Raymond Turley
Mr. Raymond Turley is the Director of the American Leadership Academy – Ironwood 7–12 campus. He has 34 years in education with 20 of those years being a science teacher in the Mesa School District. He has a wide range of experience from the classroom to district positions. Prior to joining ALA, for 11 years he was an Associate Director for an online program.
Mr. Turley is a native to Arizona, having been born and raised in Prescott. He has an Associate’s degree in Graphic Design from Yavapai College, a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education in Science, and a Master’s degree in Secondary Curriculum from Arizona State University.
