Enrollment

Though many of our campuses are in high demand, we encourage you to still submit your application, and our Registration Specialists will do everything they can to accommodate your family.  Our Mission statement is, “In support of the family, provide the best educational experience to as many students as possible in a moral and wholesome environment.”. Our ultimate goal is to fulfill that statement, and serving your family is one of the most important steps in achieving that.

At the time of submitting an application, no enrollment documents are required. 
If your student has been offered a seat to attend, you will need to provide the following items:

• Birth Verification (Example: Certified Birth Certificate, Adoption Paperwork, Court Documents)
• Immunization Records or Exemption Form
• Health Transmittal Form or Exemption Form
• Proof of Parent/Legal Guardian residency in North Carolina
• Parent/Guardian Photo ID (Cannot be expired)
• Previous school records
• Transcripts (Incoming 9th-12th grade students)
  • Please provide a current report card, class schedule, and/or transcripts to assist in scheduling your student in the correct courses.
• A current copy of an IEP or 504 (If applicable; this will assist in continuity of services for your student)
• A current copy of custody documents (If applicable)

All students enrolling in Kindergarten must be 5 by August 31st of the academic year in which you are applying for admission. If your child is not of age to attend, we recommend looking into one of our tuition-based Little Leaders Pre-K programs.

After an application is submitted, our registration specialists work diligently to process them. If the application was received during the Open Enrollment period, it will be placed on hold until there is a determination made about if the school will have a lottery. If the application is received after Open Enrollment, it will be processed in date and time stamp order.

No, applications and registrations are separate forms. All students seeking admission into the school must have a completed application. This application is processed and if a seat is offered, a separate registration form must be completed within the allotted time frame. 

Open Enrollment is the time frame that new students can apply to attend in the following academic year. Open Enrollment dates are listed on the website each year and typically occur from November to January. Please note that applications received during open enrollment are not considered based on time and date stamp. If the number of applications received exceeds the capacity of the school or a grade level, then we will conduct a lottery. If all applications can be accepted, then we will not conduct a lottery and all applicants would receive acceptance notifications with a request to confirm their seat by submitting a registration.

During the Open Enrollment window, your application will be processed within a week of receipt. All other times of the year typically see no later than a 2 business day turnaround.

A waitlist is started when the demand for a grade exceeds the capacity/seats available. To see where your child is currently at on the waitlist, please login to your application parent portal. Please note that waitlist fluctuations do occur as a result of different priorities. As seats become available, we will immediately make offers to students from the waitlist until all seats have been filled. Rest assured that we work diligently to accommodate all families to the best of our ability. 

Registrations can be completed through Infinite Campus via the link provided in your student’s acceptance email. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact a registration specialist for assistance. Registrations must be received within the allotted time window to avoid losing your student’s seat.

Applicants that fail to register their student or to provide the required documentation may risk losing their seat and becoming subject to any existing waitlists should they re-apply in the future.
