9-12 Online Summer School

Summer School courses are offered between academic school years, annually. Core academic courses offer students the opportunity to recover credits in a fast paced environment.  

*Please note: credit recovery courses are not NCAA approved.

Graduate

100% Virtual

Credit Recovery Summer school courses are delivered 100% virtually. Students will receive support in  the following ways:

  • Asynchronous Content available 24/7

  • Email communication with the teacher

  • Virtual scheduled tutoring sessions throughout the course

  • Office hours will be available 1x a week in person on campus

  • NC Math 1
  • NC Math 2
  • NC Math 3
  • English I
  • English II

Credit Recovery Summer School Registration will open March 2025

  • Course Fee: No Charge
  • Credit Recovery courses are offered for students who have previously completed a course and failed.
  • Students should consult with Student Services to ensure course selection meets personal graduation plans. 
    • Students who wish to complete one (1) course are expected to complete 3-4 hours per day virtually.
    • Students who wish to complete two (2) courses are expected to complete 4-6 hours per day virtually.
    • Students may complete courses at any time during the session window.
    • Students who fail to login for four (4) consecutive days may be withdrawn.
    • All course material and the final must be completed no later than June 13, 2025 by noon.  
      • NC English EOC retake testing dates:
        • June 13, 2025 EOC Test Retake Day
        • June 16-17, 2025 EOC Make-up Window
    • Virtual tutoring available during scheduled times or by appointment.
    • Credit Recovery Summer Course Teachers will be available one day each week of the session in person on campus. Teachers will inform their classes of the day they will be available for their on-campus office hours.
