From our Little Leaders preschool program to middle school preparation, our curriculum emphasizes critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving. Our Little Leaders preschool program provides a safe, nurturing environment where young children develop essential academic, social, and motor skills. Through a play-based and values-driven curriculum, our Little Leaders begin their educational journey with a strong foundation that sets them up for success as they transition into elementary school.

Spotting a crisis in conventional schooling, Glenn Way pioneered American Leadership Academy. He approached K-12 education with the belief that moral context should be taught alongside equations and reading lists. Striving to honor the idea that every child has an extraordinary future, he provided a space to cultivate dreams while reinforcing the significance of family responsibilities
