Meet the Director

Salina Jones

Mrs. Jones holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre and a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling. She is a businesswoman, entrepreneur, and has been a leader in the field of education for 15 years. Most recently, she served as Assistant Director of Student Services at ALA-Gilbert North High School, and was instrumental in the campus’ successful opening in 2017. Prior to joining the ALA family, she served as Director of Community Relations, Director of Student Travel and Transportation, and Director of Residential Life over a 12 year career with Rancho Solano Preparatory School. As an educator, she believes in educating the whole child, not only academically, but also emotionally; maintaining a focus on each child as an individual. Academics are so important; but equally important are the soft skills, being able to support students in their individual endeavors; as well as how to navigate the outside world as leaders. It takes a village to raise a child and she considers it a privilege to be a part of the village for each of our families. Go Patriots!
