Health Services
Every department at American Leadership Academy plays an important role in a student’s educational experience, and contributes to our moral and wholesome environment. This extends outside the classroom, into our administration and student services. The health department is similarly committed to our mission and vision, contributing to our students’ success by keeping our campus healthy and thriving.
Medication At School
If your child has asthma, diabetes, seizures, any food allergy/anaphylaxis, or requires medication while at school please fill out the appropriate form and return it to your campus health office.
Medical Homebound Instruction
ALA provides access to direct instruction and core content for students who are eligible for medical homebound instruction. To be eligible, a homebound application must be completed to include certification from a treating health care provider (MD, DO, PA, or NP). If you believe that your student is eligible for homebound instruction, please contact your campus homebound coordinator.
