Enrollment

Open Enrollment is the time frame that new students can apply for enrollment for the following academic year. Open Enrollment dates will be listed on the website each year. Open Enrollment is not a first-come, first-served timeframe.  If the number of applications received exceed the capacity of the school or a grade level, then we will conduct a lottery. If all applications can be accepted, then we will not conduct a lottery and all applicants would receive acceptance.

Applications must be completed during Open Enrollment to be included in our lottery. Applications are available online on the school website and at each campus location. Applications submitted after the lottery are accepted based on capacity or waitlisted if necessary.

 After Open Enrollment, applications will be accepted for enrollment in the order of submission if space allows (first-come, first-served). If the grade level is at capacity, the applications will be added to the waitlist (after waitlisted applicants from the lottery) in order of submission.

No, however we do ask parents to notify us of their plans for the following academic year. We will send an intent to return to confirm your seat(s) for the following school year or notify us if you are not returning.

All applications submitting during Open Enrollment are considered for a lottery if one is necessary. It doesn’t matter if you apply Day 1 of Open Enrollment or on the VERY last day of Open Enrollment, all applicants will be entered into the lottery.

After Open Enrollment, all applications are processed in order of submission. This is when it is important to apply as soon as possible.

Offered applicants that fail accept their seat or to provide the correct documentation in the allotted time could forfeit their seat to the next available applicant and be placed on the waitlist.

Families have  10 business days from the date of acceptance to provide all documents. However, if pulled from the wait list, families have 24 hours to notify they will accept, then they must completed the submission of documents within the 10 business days.

During the lottery process, students are randomly pulled and placed in seats until no additional seats are available within each grade level. Once a grade level is full, students continue to be randomly pulled, but are then placed on the waitlist. For families with multiple children in the lottery, when one child is randomly pulled, the siblings are then automatically pulled and placed at the exact same time. If there is still room within their grade level at the time of the pull, the siblings will be placed in a seat. If their grade level has been filled at the time of the pull, they will be placed on the waitlist. 

Sibling Enrollment Status: If one of your children was accepted and their sibling was placed on the waitlist, it is still possible for their siblings to be accepted as not all applicants will choose to accept their seat.

Please log into the Application Portal no later than your acceptance email states to accept your enrollment offer and fully complete your registration packet.
