Devin has been in education for over 10 years. He loved teaching math and had great success in the classroom. He strived every day to ensure student mastery of the content and prepared students for future success at the next level. Devin’s goal since college was to become a school leader who inspired students to do their best in all aspects of their lives. As a result, he obtained a masters degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University and received his principal’s certification. In 2015, he became a master teacher and the following year an Assistant Director at ALA Ironwood High School. Devin has been the Director for Signal Butte since 2018 and has loved his experience. He works with teachers and students everyday to make sure everyone is obtaining the knowledge they need. Devin visits the classrooms on a daily basis and works with teachers to improve instruction and to ensure student learning is the primary focus. His favorite thing about the job is being with the students and watching them grow and becoming leaders for our future.
